Shipping Policy (within Canada Only)

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

We currently ship from Canada to the United States via international carriers. Your shipping destination determines which carrier will be used.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
We currently offer shipping to the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If we are able to obtain a better rate during our shipping process, we’ll pass that discount on to you and refund any unused shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees charged by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included at checkout.

Typical Shipping Rates:
Most U.S. orders cost approximately $25–$45 CAD to ship, depending on weight and destination. Prices may vary.

Returns:
If a garment is returned for any reason, including defects, duties and customs fees are not refundable through our store.

If you choose to refuse a shipment due to unwillingness to pay applicable duties, taxes, or fees, we cannot issue store credits, refunds, or compensation for declined packages. Please note that duties and fees may still be charged even on refused shipments.
