SHIPPING POLICY

Canadian Orders

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order before shipping.

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD. Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

U.S. Orders

We ship from Canada to the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

If we are able to obtain a lower shipping rate when processing your order, we’ll pass the savings on to you and refund the difference.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

U.S. orders may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to 4 Angels Boutique.

Typical U.S. Shipping Rates

Most U.S. orders cost approximately $25–$45 CAD to ship, depending on weight and destination. Rates may vary.

U.S. Returns

Eligible U.S. online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return back to Canada, as well as any costs associated with the return shipment.

Original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage or import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable through 4 Angels Boutique.

When returning an order from the United States, the package should be clearly identified as returned merchandise for customs purposes. Return instructions will be provided when your return is authorized.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to 4 Angels Boutique, any shipping, customs, brokerage or other costs incurred by 4 Angels Boutique as a result may be deducted from any eligible refund.
