RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your new piece from 4 Angels Boutique. If something doesn’t work out, we want to make the return process simple.
ONLINE PURCHASES — CANADA
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment.
For returns by mail, an $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Online purchases may also be returned in person within the 14-day return window with no return shipping fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ONLINE PURCHASES — UNITED STATES
Eligible U.S. online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Canada and any associated return costs.
Original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage or import fees are non-refundable through 4 Angels Boutique.
Before sending a U.S. return, please contact shop4angelsboutique@gmail.com for return instructions. Packages should be clearly identified as returned merchandise for customs purposes.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, provided they meet the return conditions below.
In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds to the original method of payment.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of perfume, deodorant or other signs of wear
- Have all original tags attached
- Include proof of purchase or order number
- Be returned within the applicable return window
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All sale and discounted items are final sale, whether purchased online or in-store, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards are also final sale and non-refundable.
HOW TO START AN ONLINE RETURN
Email shop4angelsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. For Canadian returns by mail, we will provide a return shipping label and deduct the $8.50 return shipping fee from your refund.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once received, your return will be inspected and eligible refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact shop4angelsboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right and you will not be charged the return shipping fee.
